24th AAOT & 4th IACMD SCIENTIFIC MEETING

We are pleased to invite abstract submission for the 24th Scientific Meeting of AAOT & 4th Scientific Meeting of IACMD, which will bring together leading experts, clinicians, and researchers in the fields of Orofacial Pain, Temporomandibular Disorders, and Dental Sleep Medicine.

We welcome submissions in the categories of Case Study and Original Research for e-poster presentations. All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  1. Submission Method: Presenters must fill in the Abstract Submission Form and attach the abstract file using the template provided.

  2. Language: All abstracts must be written in English no more than 300 words.

  3. Abstracts must follow one of the structures below:

  4. Original Research (Introduction – Objectives – Methods – Results – Conclusion).

  5. Case Reports (Background – Case Description – Discussion – Conclusion).

  6. Originality: Abstract content must not be published (in print or digital format), previously presented, or accepted for presentation at any other meeting at the time of submission.

  7. Submission Confirmation: After submitting, a confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge successful submission.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

  1. The content of your poster must correspond exactly to the submitted abstract.

  2. Ensure your poster is proofread for clarity and accuracy in English.

  3. Your poster must be prepared as a single PowerPoint slide formatted for printing in A0 size (84.1 × 118.9 cm or 33.11 × 46.81 inches).

  4. The poster must be in portrait (vertical) orientation to allow proper display on the poster board.

  5. Presenters are required to bring a high-quality printed version of the poster in A0 size (printed on paper, plastic, or fabric).

  6. Please refer to the provided template for guidance on layout and font sizes. Use of the template is optional and for reference only.

  7. Use large, legible fonts throughout the poster; Arial or Times New Roman is recommended. The content should be readable from a distance.

  8. Images, figures, and tables may be included. These should not exceed 50% of the total poster area. All figures and tables must include clear titles.

  9. Each poster presentation is allocated 10 minutes: 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions and answers.

  10. Authors are required to install their poster upon arrival at the conference and leave it in place for the full duration of the event.
